Byrdstown Christmas Celebration & Christmas Marketplace

Christmas is such a cherished time of year in Byrdstown! The Annual Christmas Marketplace at the Library begins on the Friday before the Parade (on Saturday) from 3PM-8PM and re-opens on Saturday at 9AM. Friday night is a time of celebration with the community as well. We gather at the Library area and have outdoor caroling/singing, hotdogs, hot cocoa, and more. Saturday at 1PM is the annual Christmas Parade. Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park and Good Neighbors Theatre always have special events in the month of December. Local shops offer an array of gift ideas you won't likely find elsewhere, especially with friendly customer service. #SmallBusinessSaturday #SHOPSMALL is celebrated by some of the local merchants as well.
