Each year on Oct. 31st the Town of Byrdstown hosts Dale Holloween. Those that wish to distribute candy may ask Town Hall for a space to decorate their booth/trunk. This allows the children to Trick -or- Treat safely. The area is well lit. There will be lots of other people around. The area is closed to traffic during this time. (Roads are not closed though.)
